Angelo’s Tech Talk Blog is written by Angelo Ruiz, a Senior IT Consultant and System Administrator based in New York with more than 20 years of hands-on experience keeping businesses running, secure and online.
Who I am
I have spent two decades in the trenches of IT: building and hardening Windows and Linux servers, running Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants, managing Active Directory, configuring SonicWall firewalls, and recovering systems when things go wrong. I also write a lot of automation in Python, Bash and PowerShell, develop database-driven business applications, and design fire alarm and life-safety systems in AutoCAD.
Outside of client work I run AutomateWithAngelo, where I share practical automation ideas for small teams and solo operators.
